APPLICATION INFORMATION
We offer one membership at Lions Head, which offers full access to the club and all associated programming. Spouses are included on your membership. Please fill out the 'Spouse Form' during your application should you like to include your spouse on your membership at no additional cost.
Please submit the payment method that you would like our team to use to process your membership dues upon membership activation should your application be approved. Payment will not be processed upon submission. Our membership team will reach out directly for approval prior to processing any payment.
$10,000 Initiation Fee + $5,000/Annually
